- Betandplay strives to ensure faster withdrawal processing for VIP members. Withdrawals will be processed after successful account verification, as outlined in our General Terms and Conditions. While we aim to expedite withdrawals based on your preferred payment method, the final processing time depends on the method itself.
- Betandplay reserves the right to modify or enhance the VIP Club’s structure, including the criteria for achieving VIP status and the rewards offered. Stay updated on these changes by visiting the Betandplay website.
- The maximum withdrawal limit is €7,500 per week and €15,000 per month (or equivalent in other currencies), unless specified otherwise in specific promotional terms. Players at higher VIP levels may enjoy increased limits, as determined by Betandplay at its discretion.
- Closing your Betandplay account or having it closed by our team will result in the forfeiture of your VIP status and all associated perks.
- Betandplay reserves the right to terminate your VIP Club membership and revoke your status at any time, with or without notice.
- Membership will be terminated if you breach VIP Club terms, bonus terms, or the casino’s general terms and conditions. Violations may result in the withdrawal of VIP status, associated benefits, and any previously awarded bonuses. In extreme cases, Betandplay reserves the right to close your account entirely.
- Betandplay may suspend your VIP membership temporarily or indefinitely to safeguard its interests. During this period, VIP status and all benefits will be paused.
- Unless specified otherwise, Betandplay’s General Terms and Conditions apply to all aspects of the VIP Club.
